Here’s what you can expect from the next-gen SiteHive Hexanodes:
Always connected
Every SiteHive Hexanode device now includes 4G, network-roaming and Wi-Fi connectivity, so you get better real-time access, even in remote or difficult locations.
More accurate than ever
Noise and Vibration monitoring devices can be NATA certified by any accredited lab. While new features like the spherical design and updated sensors provide high quality measurements across noise, dust and vibration.
Smarter insights built-in
Octave band noise analysis, humidity-tolerant dust sensors, auto-triggered image and audio capture and automated frequency assessment are just some of the innovative new capabilities you’ll find.
Small. Simple. Powerful.
Designed for onsite conditions, the devices are small and robust. They can be calibrated easily in-field, and the set-up is automatic. They are powerful in terms of capabilities, but not in power requirements: the devices are designed for low power consumption and can be run on solar, battery or mains power.
Four next-generation devices
Three standalone devices provide real-time monitoring for noise, dust or vibration. A combined Noise+Dust device enables monitoring of both aspects in a single unit.
SiteHive Hexanode Noise+Dust
This dual-purpose device combines accurate noise and dust monitoring in a single compact unit:
- Can be NATA certified (IEC 61672-3:2013) by any accredited lab
- Easy in-field calibration with standard calibrators
- Octave band analysis (IEC 61260.1:2019)
- Advanced dust sensors provide greater airflow for more accurate measurements
- Software modulator adapts to humid conditions to provide a true picture of dust levels
- Lower costs and easier deployment: two aspects in one simplifies set up and lowers costs.
SiteHive Hexanode Noise
Fully redesigned for maximum precision, this device features:
- A sleek spherical design for 360° acoustic coverage and more accurate, reliable data
- Can be NATA certified (IEC 61672-3:2013) by any accredited lab
- Quick and easy calibration in-field – the sphere detaches easily and the microphone supports standard cailbrators
- Built-in octave band analysis for advanced noise profiling. You can identify dominant frequencies quickly, so you can take action to reduce impacts.
SiteHive Hexanode Dust
A new standalone dust device provides accurate dust monitoring, whatever the conditions:
- 5x increased airflow for more accurate measurements
- Humidity-resistant sensors provide more accurate results in all conditions
- Event-triggered image and audio capture gives you full context
- Use it standalone or paired with the SiteHive Hexanode Noise monitor to give you more flexibility.
SiteHive Hexanode Vibration
All three vibration types in one compact unit:
- Structural (PPV) & Human Comfort (VDV) measurements
- NATA-certifiable (ISO 16063-21:2003) by any accredited lab
- Automated structural frequency assessment (DIN 4150-3 & BS 7385-2)
- Ground-borne noise calculations
- Self-orienting in any deployment
- Co-locate with other SiteHive Hexanode devices to capture images and audio events.
