Daily Notes – keeping a complete record

The Daily Notes feature in SiteHive Enviro is a great way to document observations, explain situations and add additional info alongside your monitoring data. It helps you build a complete record of your site – perfect for record-keeping, handovers, dealing with complaints, explaining issues, sharing info and more!

Track by monitoring point, add files

With a February update, Daily Notes just got even better. You can now assign notes to a specific monitoring point, making it easier to track observations. Plus you can add images and other files directly to your notes for richer context.

Info at your fingertips

Daily Notes helps to keep everything documented and organised right where you need it, alongside all your real-time monitoring data. And it works for all environmental aspects: noise monitoring, dust monitoring, vibration monitoring, water monitoring and weather.

It makes it easy to document observations and track monitoring points directly from the SiteHive Dashboard, so you can save time and control everything from one screen. You can also include the notes in PDF reports, so it’s good for sharing info with stakeholders and keeping everyone informed.

Using Daily Notes means you have all the information you need at hand, at all times.
